In the United States we have already loads of conventions just for video creators and their fans, like Vidcon in Anaheim, Playlist Live in Orlando and Washington and new ones coming each year. The YouTube convention ecosystem isn't that much developed in other countries and especially in non English-speaking countries. In France for example before this weekend there were not much events like that, but Paris has now it's own event.
Video City Paris is a video convention where 120 video creators were invited and 30,000 attendees are expected over the two days of the event. Big names are sponsors of the event like YouTube itself, Fanta and even Tipeee, the equivalent of Patreon for Europe.
