We don't often use these two words in the same phrases right, pasta and concrete. And there's a reason for this, they don't have much in common. But we're here to talk about the science in the making of those two random things.
The reason your pack of spaghetti is dry is because the water in them goes away in the end of the process. But for concrete, the water does not go away it reacts with the other compounds. So no, there is no such thing as concrete drying.
