The Internet is going crazy about an upcoming mobile app called Peeple that let anyone leave reviews and rates about people. Yes, like you would do about a restaurant or a hotel, but for people.
I can see tons of reasons why you wouldn't want this kind of tool around and very few why you would. Even if it seems that a lot of features will be built in to actually limit bad behaviors, like negative rating review before getting published and the ability to report inappropriate content.
Here's some early reactions from the people on Twitter:
1. New app @peepleforpeople #Peeple is "Yelp for Humans." People RATE YOU without your consent. 2. Their Twitter profile is private. o_O

I don't even need the app - if you sign up for and use #Peeple to rate other human beings, I instantly know you're a horrible person.

#Peeple isn't about providing a service, or filling a niche. It's about making money on the dark side of human nature, always profitable.

Let's wait to see what this app will really be about, the release day according to the co-founders of Peeple is November 2015. Plus, they seem really open to feedback as you can see in this facebook post.
