This story happened in France earlier this week. A Pizza Hut delivery went into a tramway riding his scooter, that reportedly had broken down.
It's a snapchat screenshot shared on Twitter by @XavierKhly and retweeted over a thousand times in a few hours that revealed this unusual (and probably prohibited) behavior. The associated message was "It's normal to see that in Strasbourg", which is of course ironical.
